The project is located in the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal. Angono is a first class urban municipality located at Southwestern part of Rizal Province. It is approximately between 14°31’ and 14°33’ North latitude and 121°08’ and 121°10’00” East longitude.  It lies 29.38 km east of Manila and 15.7 km away from Pasig.  The quarry site is situated within Barangay San Isidro and Barangay San Roque of Angono.

The site is accessible through Don Mariano Santos Avenue (DOMSA) via Manila East Road.  It is approximately 25 km southeast of Manila, and about one hour travel from Ortigas Center, EDSA.
