The Bulacan limestone quarry is located on the administrative boundary of Bulacan Province’s two municipalities: Norzagaray and Doña Remedios Trinidad.  The project area is situated within the confines of geographic coordinates 14°56’00” North latitude and 121°05’45” East longitude. The northern half is actually located in Brgy. Bayabas, Doña Remedios Trinidad and the southern half is in Brgy. Bangkal, Norzagaray.  The existing plant is situated near the intersection of geographic coordinates 14°54’00” North latitude and 121°04’30” East longitude at Brgy. Sapang Kawayan, Norzagaray, Bulacan.

The site is accessible from Manila via the national road passing the Lagro area and leading to the town of Norzagaray.  Alternate route runs through the North Expressway exiting at the Bocaue Interchange and going to Norzagaray.  The quarry can then be reached throught the town proper passing the Norzagaray bridge and then Matictic.
