I'm writing to convey my heartfelt gratitude to Helix Resources and Development Corporation SDMP for the chance this scholarship program has given me. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Barangay-Based Technical Working Group and all the people involved in this program. Your kindness and encouragement have had a profound effect on both my academic and personal development.

This scholarship's financial support has relieved me of a heavy burden while also enabling me to fully concentrate on my studies and pursue my educational objectives without any financial limitations. In addition to giving me financial help, this scholarship program has sparked my love of learning and inspired me to excel academically. Without the scholarship, I could never have imagined myself as an honors graduate since it allowed me to exceed my limits to achieve my academic objectives. I sincerely appreciate the acknowledgement and validation this scholarship has provided me. Not only has receiving this scholarship increased my self-assurance, but it has also strengthened my commitment to academic success and given me a stronger feeling of responsibility. I'm motivated to take advantage of this chance and give back to the community by applying the knowledge and abilities I've gained through my studies.

I wish Helix Resources and Development Corporation continued success in encouraging young people to pursue their aspirations. May they continue to flourish on their journey, which I pray God will bless.

Overcoming Odds

Growing up in a financially struggling family, I nurtured a fervent desire to secure a scholarship. My prayers were filled with hopes for an opportunity that would alleviate the financial strain on my parents. Fortunately, the HRDC scholarship program emerged as a beacon of hope. Thanks to our barangay based technical working group, I became a beneficiary of the HRDC scholarship as a second-year college student in the tumultuous year of 2020. Amidst the pandemic's challenges, I consider myself fortunate, as the HRDC allowance covered my travel expenses from Dalipuga to Naawan and assisted in managing my academic costs. Beyond the financial support, the HRDC scholarship became a driving force behind my academic diligence. It fueled my determination to excel in my studies, mirroring my parents' aspirations for my success. Just as I aimed to make them proud, I sought to earn the admiration of my HRDC scholarship family.

With unwavering dedication, I proudly graduated as a Cum Laude, a testament to my perseverance and the support I received. As I bask in the joy of my family's pride, I equally yearn for the HRDC family's approval. My prayers echo with gratitude for the continuous blessings upon HRDC and its compassionate contributors, who extend their hands to those in need. The honor of being a HRDC scholar fills me with immense pride, a symbol of triumph over adversity.

On the journey from dreams to accomplishments, the HRDC scholarship not only lightened the financial burden but also ignited my academic passion. As I reflect on my transformation, I am reminded that blessings are meant to be shared, and I earnestly hope for HRDC's enduring success in aiding those seeking a brighter future.
